Are you ready? Tonight at 7pm we will begin our 21 day journey of praying and fasting. (Click here for more information on the fast). I woke up this morning with anticipation of all that God is going to do over the next 21 days. I just feel like God is going to do something new and fresh in my life... aren’t you thankful that God loves to do new things?
Isaiah 43:18-19, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.”
I am praying the same for all of you… that you will start strong and begin with the focus being on Jesus. Let’s not make this just a “food thing” or a “coffee thing” (as I drink my last cup of half-caf cup of Starbucks), but a God thing. Let’s take extra time today spending time in His word and in prayer... preparing for all that he’s going to do.
Let me remind those of you that can’t fast food - that you can fast something else... TV, etc.
Also, I’m excited to share with you that my wife, Martha, has started a new blog! Check it out here... She will be giving you resources and inspiration throughout the 21 days.
I'm with you Ps Matt! In fact, I decided to start this morning with a healthy Daniel's Fast breakfast. It was great! I think I may enjoy this. And now I'm having some Jesus time! Have a blessed day!

We're ready & excited for all God has in store for our church as we enter this phase of prayer & fasting. How awesome to think of all God will reveal to us through His voice & His Word over the next 21 days! What a joy to be on this journey together with you & the C3 team!

Hey Pastor Matt! I AM IN! I am so excited about this 21 day journey and can not wait to see what God has in store for C-3. I am sure it will be amazing and more than we can imagine.
