Forever Conference – We are only one week away from our second Forever Conference, March 1-2. Last year I was blown away as about 750 people attended our first one. I am so pumped to have Pastor Philip and Holly Wagner from Los Angeles join Martha and I this year. Martha and I have a passion to build healthy relationships and healthy marriages. This is not just a marriage conference but is for anyone who wants to build healthy relationships that last! You can register at ForeverConference.org
C3 Leadership College Preview Weekend – We are in our third year of our C3 Leadership College and we have seen God do amazing things. We currently have 18 students involved and they are receiving hands on leadership training in a local church environment as well as a Associates or Bachelors degree in Theology. On March 1 we will have our first ever Preview Weekend. There is no cost and you will get to experience first hand what the Leadership College is all about. C3 LC is for any 18 – 20 something year olds that would like to prepare for the future. Go to C3church.com/college for more info.
Project 919 – As I write this we have seen almost 500 acts of kindness that have been posted on Project919.org It has been so awesome to see our church step up and serve the 919 area code with the love of Jesus. Our first Free Oil Change for Singles Parents was amazing as we provided service for 118 vehicles, 103 manicures and 66 children enjoyed our Kid Zone. Our next large project is the Easter Egg Hunt for Special Needs Children Saturday, March 30.
Imagine One Year Celebration! It’s hard to believe but it was one year ago that I cast the two year vision for Imagine… To Attack the Debt, Develop our Campus, and build a Dream Center Ministry. We have 827 families that have committed and given to the vision above and beyond their normal giving. On March 16-17 it’s going to be a special weekend as we celebrate all God has done in the past year and give a one year celebration offering toward the vision.
Easter Weekend! I love Easter! It’s an exciting time to celebrate Jesus and the Resurrection. I might even wear my white shoes! Ha. This year we will have FIVE services. Two on Saturday night: 4pm & 6pm, and three on Sunday: 8:30am, 10:30am and 12:30pm. Spread the word and let’s celebrate together!

God has given Martha and I a passion to build healthy marriages and relationships. We have seen God do some amazing things in our 21 years of being married and we know God can use that as we help others.
That's why we are so pumped about the Forever Conference March 1-2 at C3 Church. It's going to be 2 days of power packed inspiration and application to build healthy relationships. Our guests are Philip and Holly Wagner from Los Angeles. There will also be an after party Friday night that I hear will be ROCKING. It's not too late to sign up. Join hundreds of others for this powerful Conference. Go to ForeverConference.org for more info and to register.

Every year we get to be a part of life change in planting churches through the ARC (Association of Related Churches). This year's the ARC's All Access Conference will be at Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Florida where thousands of church pastors, leaders and staff gather to learn, grow and champion the cause of Christ. We gather and unite to receive and take home practical teachings to build the Kingdom.
All Access 2013 has a great line-up of speakers. We invite you to come and gather as we encourage, connect, resource and champion the local church.

It's hard to believe that tonight is our final Hot Night of 2013. God has definitely done beyond what we could imagine. My prayer as we started a new year was that God would use these Hot Nights on Wednesday nights to get us focused on Jesus and what He wants to do in our lives and our church family. We just completed a 21 Day Challenge of fasting, prayer, reading through the 4 gospels and exercising 20 minutes a day and this is our final Hot Night to celebrate all that God has done and is going to do! I believe this is the season that God is going to do breakthroughs and miracles. Join us tonight at 7pm and come expecting God to move in our lives and our church family.
Here's a short recap of our first 4 Hot Nights...
By the way I have the honor of preaching the final Hot Night. Can't wait to share with you what's on my heart! And we will be having a big baptism celebration tonight as well. If you've never been baptized come early tonight and we will celebrate together!

One of my prayers is that I will hear those words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." I don't want to just start strong, and run strong, but I want to finish well.
This weekend I interviewed our oldest member at C3 Church, Ms Barbara Vallon. She began attending while we were still meeting in an elementary school right after we started. She has been faithfully serving for 14 years in many areas of our church including first touch, office support and praying over the response cards we get each week. She said some weeks she gets as many as 100 names to pray over. Ms Barbara is originally from England and I always enjoy having a cup of tea with her. Here's a video of our interview this past weekend....

God wants us to be willing to stand in the gap for those who are hurting, the poor, those in need and for injustice. And that begins when our heart breaks for what God’s heart breaks for!
Ezekiel 22:30, “I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.”(NLT)
I pray that God will find us faithful to stand in the gap for those that need hope! We can make a difference one life at a time!
At our vision weekend in January I shared that part of our vision for this year is going to be Project 919 as a part of our Dream Center Ministries. Project 919 is a 9 month focus from January to September to bless the 1.9 million people in the 919 area code with the love of Jesus. 9 months, at least 1 project a month, 9 focuses. Then on 9-19, (September 19) we are going to celebrate all that God has done with a C3 Night in downtown Raleigh.
Our ministry focus this month is blessing all of the single parents in the 919 area code. So go to Project919.org and get some ideas of ways that you can bless others and share your ideas with us so. After you do a service project just go to the web site and share with us what you did and the number of total projects will be displayed on the web site. Our group project this month is a FREE oil change for all single moms and dads in the 919 on February 9, from 9am – 1pm on our church campus, 8246 Cleveland Rd, Clayton, NC. Spread the word!
Let’s stand in the gap this month for the single parents. Let’s let them know that God loves them and so do we. You never know how a simple act of kindness can make a huge impact on someone’s life. So are you ready? Ready, set, go!
I recently shared the vision of 919 with the C3 church family. Check it out!
