I am so excited to kick off 2014 with our 21 Day Challenge. There's something powerful about giving God first through prayer and fasting.
1 Thesalonians 5:23 says: Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.
So, beginning Sunday January 5, through January 25, we will kick off the year focusing on the Spirit with scripture reading, the Soul with prayer & fasting and the body with exercise.
Here's my 21 Day Challenge...
January 5-11 we will read through Acts, Romans, and 1 & 2 Corinthians
January 12-18 we will do the Daniel Fast
January 19-25 we will exercise everyday for 20 minutes
I encourage you to get the New Year New You Series, available in The Source, to help prepare you for the challenge and continue scripture reading through the Daniel's Fast and Exercise. Reading plans will be available here on my blog!
