This is the final week of our 21 Day Challenge and I want to encourage you to finish strong with exercising for at least 20 minutes per day!
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says: Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies
Here are a few ideas to incorporate exercise into your day:
- Take a walk on your lunch break
- Substitute TV time for a quick workout
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator
This 21 Day Challenge is a great fresh start for your health. Join a gym, start a new fitness class, or even begin to train for our next C3 5K!
